What you do here
You find contacts in the list grouped by category and open an entry for details. "Call" or "Email" starts a call or message directly. As Admin or Dispatcher you can add, edit or delete contacts, filling in name, category, phone, email and short dial.
Categories & visibility
Each contact has a category: Internal, Emergency, Workshop, Customer, Authority or Other – the list is grouped by it. "Visible to" controls which roles see a contact; drivers only see released entries and can call or email but not edit.
Tips
Use the short dial to reach frequent numbers faster. Use "Order" to push important contacts to the top within a category – entries without an order appear alphabetically by name.
Quick actions
From a contact's action menu, "Change category" re-files it in one step without opening the form. "Pin to top" lifts an important entry to the top of its category, "Unpin" resets it. In the list, use search and the category filter to quickly find the right entry.
