What you do here
The „Unread“ tab shows everything that still needs your attention; „All“ shows the full history. Tap an entry for details and use the action menu to mark it as read or back to unread. Admins can use „Send notification“ to address a notice to one person or broadcast it to everyone.
Kinds & visibility
Each notification has a kind: Info, Warning, Task, Reminder or System – the colored badge makes important items stand out instantly. You only see notifications addressed to you plus general broadcasts to everyone. Entries marked as read stay in the history.
Tips
Filter the list by kind to see only warnings or reminders, for example. Reminders are created automatically for upcoming tasks, appointments, inspections and maintenance – you don't create them yourself. When sending, an empty recipient field turns the message into a broadcast to everyone with read access.
