What you do here
Create or edit a handbook: give it a clear title, pick the category (General, Driver, Warehouse, Occupational safety), enter version and „Effective from“, and optionally add a summary, the master language and the minimum read time in seconds. The calendar view shows at a glance from when each version is valid. When it is ready you make it available via „Publish“.
Status & acknowledgment
The 'Published' column shows as a badge whether a handbook is released; only published handbooks are visible to staff. Drivers (DRIVER) can only read and submit their read proof via 'Acknowledge'; the minimum read time ensures the document was open long enough.
Tips
Creating, editing and publishing are reserved for admin/dispatcher (delete and publish admin only) – use the category to quickly find the right handbook in the list. The master language defines the binding source version; further languages can be added manually or imported.
