What you do here
You register assets and equipment (type, inventory number, manufacturer, location) and track status and next service. Use the status board or the list to stay on top; overdue services are highlighted.
Tips
Keep the next service as a date – overdue dates are highlighted in the list, board and calendar, and the calendar view shows all upcoming inspections at a glance. Record purchase value and current value (in your tenant currency) for a simple inventory overview and assign a responsible person per asset. Assets are the shared building block for production (machines), real estate (lifts, heating, fire safety) and workshops – maintenance plans, inspections and fault reports build on them.
